Service Exclusions
While we provide detailed cleaning, the following services are not included in our Move-In / Move-Out cleaning:
Mold removal – cleaning or removal of mold is not included
Pest removal – we do not handle pest control or infestations
Animal feces or biohazards – cleaning of animal waste or bodily fluids is not included
Exterior areas – patios, balconies, and exterior windows are excluded
Hard-to-reach areas – areas requiring ladders above three steps
Under heavy furniture – moving heavy furniture for cleaning is not included
High levels of trash/debris – removal of large debris or trash is excluded
Full wall and ceiling wash – washing entire walls or ceilings is not included
